DESCRIPTION

The nitrous-oxide(E942) contained in TopWhip 640g (for use with Roselle beverage infusion machines) is produced from raw material, not from a recovered/clean industrial material by-product used by some other brands.

The term ‘Pure Palate’ is used to describe the Premium Food Grade E942 (formula-N2O) to assure you and guarantee its optimum purity.

TopWhip Palate-Pure-N20 sweetens tap water, infuses water, spirits, cocktails, wines, oils and vinegars. TopWhip also allows you to whip creams, desserts, mousses, toppings both sweet and savory, make instant shakes and foams to decorate anything from cakes, fruit and ice cream to soups, puddings, pancakes and crepes.

Cylinders are not refillable. They are made with 100% recyclable steel. They are safe to put in with your tin cans etc. for collection once completely empty (use the release nozzle with care to ensure they are completely empty). Please do not dispose of unused cylinders.
